I am a Program Management Expert with over 20 years of experience. I lectured in Psychology and Business Intelligence in many Universities in Burkina Faso before becoming a practitioner in Project Management. My career in Program Management began with a Civil Society Organization (Vie Positive Wake Up) as a Psychosocial advisor and HIV testing Project Manager. I then furthered my career in the same field as Director of Program with another CSO, the African Youth Network for Health & Development in Burkina Faso. Later on, I held the position of Country Manager at AIDSETI Burkina, before holding the position of Director of Research Programs at the Center for Studies, Research and Training for Economic and Social Development (CERFODES).

My international career began with the United Nations Millennium Campaigns (UNMC) as Advocacy Campaigns Coordinator, then with the National Opinion and Research Center at the University of Chicago (NORC) as Local Associate for international programs. The last position I held before launching my own business was with the I-NGO ORBIS Charitable Trust as Country Representative.

Having pursued undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate education in Psychology respectively at the University of Ouagadougou and at the University of Roehampton, an MBA at the African Institute of Management Studies, and the Master of Arts in Leading Innovation and Change (MALIC) at the York St. John University, I have developed an empirical, analytical and continuous learning habit and my Motto is: "Every day is a Learning, until the Ultimate Exit".

In January 2013, I formed my first business, a Consulting Firm, then in September 2016 the second business, a Continuing Education and English Training Center, which later evolved thus becoming a College. For over a decade, I have been promoting the development of Human Capital within Organizations and Businesses through Professional Support in Global Management as well as in Project and Program Evaluation.

Subsequently, In October 2017 I formed Business Intelligence Management Corporation, a Business Consultants Firm in New York, with the vision of sharing the Expertise all over the World. Capacity Building being key to business success, I formed Business Intelligence Institute of Management LLC in February 2018 and Wiseside Incorporated in August 2020, all headquartered in New York.

I currently support several clients through my companies simultaneously, to carry out mandates in program, project, and portfolio management. My support takes the form of mentoring, coaching, management support, maturity assessments, and project turnaround.

I have also been in a training and advisory mandate with civil society organizations in Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea-Conakry, Sierra Leone, Canada, the UK, and the USA for almost 15 years.
