Signal & Silence is the project of Nakel Nikiema, a Burkina Faso artist and leadership psychologist making music for the moments that decide everything.
Its debut, The Decision Hour, Vol. I, is six compositions, each twenty-two minutes, built for a different high-stakes decision: the universal, the acquisition, the crisis, the investment, the hire, and the exit. Every piece follows the same inner architecture: orientation, intake, pattern recognition, deliberation, a protected pause, and resolution; the true shape of how a consequential choice is made.
This is music engineered not to fill the silence, but to think inside it.
